What a goofy and charming design! Is he part robot? That's what those black bits on his limbs remind me of.

He is 100% robot and the black stuff on his limbs is tape. I just put those on him because I thought they looked really cool on him lol XD

Yeah it is! Just like the name of the character’s superhero name. Some of the characters have names that are tied to a color that their suit is.
